Frequently asked questions

Q: What does a “protocol” entail... what do I get?

A: A comprehensive care plan will always provide you with recommendations for a meal plan, movement/workout recommendations (workouts provided if needed), targeted supplementation protocol (supplements change as you change, so these will adjust as we move through your process), comprehensive lab work (bloodwork and/or home test kits), mindset/lifestyle goals, and education/resources to support the changes you are making.

Q: I’m planning to go to my doctor next week/month… would this still benefit me?

A: Absolutely!! While a doctor is absolutely part of your care team, what I’ve found in my years of practice, is many women don’t get all the answers they’re looking for with a general PCP or GYN visit. I would strongly advocate for a pap and cervical exam with your doctor and to discuss concerns/goals you have. However, if you’re looking for comprehensive attention to looking at how all the integrated systems are working together, to spend detailed time on your symptoms/concerns, and to have an action plan with nutrition, diet, lifestyle, supplementation, and comprehensive labs that are often not available in a conventional setting, I would strongly recommend this program!

Q: How do I communicate with you between our virtual sessions?

A: Between sessions, you have access to our public community forum for questions, courses, education, recipes and general questions to connect with others. We also have private DM feature to message questions specific between our 1-1 work. You will also have a tracking sheet to assess symptom improvement, cycle changes, and daily habits and biofeedback markers.

Q: I want to work on my cycle but I also have a lot of gut issues, bloating and some other concerns… is this still the right fit for me?

A: Girl, "you are in the RIGHT place!" is all I have to say. What’s important to know is that it’s literally ALL connected. Your gut, brain, ovarian communication is uniquely tied together - when we work on your gut, we’re vice versa working on your hormones. I’d rather work on that knowing the end goal is to improve your cycle and period health/fertility goals so we can work on them collectively in a systemic process you won’t be able to find in a conventional setting. We can definitely work the process for your gut, thyroid or whatever other issues you’ve got going on as the body all connects and play a role in your hormonal health!

Q: Where are you based?

A: I am located in Burlington VT. I originally grew up in Boston, MA then lived in Chicago IL and moved to Burlington VT in 2021. I work virtually with people all over the country and world - the beauty of telehealth!!

Q: Do you work with men or just women?

A: I work with women, men, and couples together in session too!

Q: Do you accept insurance?

A: I do not, however I do provide a superbill if requested that you can bring to insurance to request if you may be able to get reimbursed. I do accept HSA/FSA forms of payment as well.

Q: How much does it cost/what are my payment options?

A: We have several options depending on the level of care you’re interested in needing. This is the purpose of a discovery call. We ARE looking for those prepared to invest in their health, if you are not prepared to invest in your health, I offer tons of freebies and resources. Let’s hop on a discovery call to help you get one step closer on your path!

Q: Do you use peptides?

A: Yes. Now peptides is not where we start as we have to ensure you have a strong foundations down first. But peptides can be incredibly effective for many reasons which is why I work hand in hand with Vidal Medical, team of functional nurse practitioners who work synergestically with our approach together. It is seamless - it is not just sending you to a grey market peptide site. It’s also not just sending you somewhere that is going to not understand the functional side of things. The providers at Vidal Medical are uncomparable and have had incredible results working in tandem.
